Studio 180 Tucker University 2026 Block of the Month
This Tag Along BOM series is for a Confident Beginner or any quilter looking to advance their
skills. The Studio 180 Design Tools can take your piecing to the next level. Deb Tucker created
these tools and the process that allows you to make precision pieced units and blocks that go
together perfectly with her techniques. In this series, you will use the tools and Tech Sheets listed
on the class schedule.
Will make 12 of the 24 block series in class. The remaining 12 will be passed out as we work through the
tools for additional practice of the techniques on your own if you want a larger quilt.
There are Tucker University Design Layout Sheets for various size quilts available in the store.
Each class is 2 hours long with plenty of time to make the block. You will receive pre-cutting
instructions with directions for each class. Check fabric requirements below.
Skills Required: Confident Beginner and up, good 1/4” seam construction ability
Tools: TT I, Sq 2, WC I, RF Lemoyne, V-block, TT III, Quilter's Magic Wand
Tech Sheets: Non-mirror Combination, Eight at Once, Shaded 4-Patch
Fabric Requirements: This is for all 24 blocks in the quilt.
Background: 4-1/3 yards Min....for blocks only
does not include additional yardage for sashing or setting triangles
Medium: 3 yds. Min....1 color, 6 half yards, or 12 fat quarters
Dark: 2-1⁄4 yards Min....1 color, 5 half yards, or 9 fat quarters
